Cancellation \/ Private Policy<\/h1>\n<\/td>\n

1. Individual reservation (up to maximum 5 rooms)<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n

If you booked 5 rooms or less, you can cancel your reservation as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
Up to 3 days before arrival:<\/strong><\/td>\ncancellation free of charge<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Less than 3 days before arrival:<\/strong><\/td>\nWe charge\u00a0100% of the room rate for the whole stay<\/strong>\u00a0except we can resell the room.\u00a0This also applies if you modify your reservation after your arrival!<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

2. Group- and convention reservations (6 rooms and more)<\/span><\/h4>\n

When you booked at least 6 rooms, the following policy applies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
Up to 60 days before arrival:<\/strong><\/td>\nCancellation free of charge<\/strong>\u00a0as long we also hold your provisional reservation.\u00a0Then<\/strong>\u00a0we transform your provisional reservation\u00a0automatically in a definitive reservation<\/strong>, subject to the cancellation policy.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Up to 30 days before arrival:<\/strong><\/td>\nWe charge\u00a050% of the room rate<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a0the whole stay<\/strong>\u00a0except we can resell the room.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Less than 30 days before arrival:<\/strong><\/td>\nWe charge\u00a0100% of the room rate for the whole stay<\/strong>\u00a0except we can resell the room.\u00a0This also applies if you modify your reservation after your arrival!<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

If you\u00a0shorten the<\/strong>\u00a0stay by groups<\/strong>, this cancellation and the corresponding deadlines are\u00a0exactly<\/strong>\u00a0the same as for a complete cancellation<\/strong>\u00a0of the reservation<\/strong>, i.e. we charge all the rooms that we could not resell.<\/p>\n

We reserve the right<\/strong>\u00a0to charge a prepayment of 50% of the calculated total from a contract value of more than CHF 2000.00. Receipt of up to 30 days before arrival.<\/strong><\/p>\n

PRIVACY POLICY<\/span><\/h4>\n

The parties<\/span>\u00a0mutually agree<\/span>\u00a0to comply with all<\/span>\u00a0relevant<\/span>\u00a0legal provisions<\/span>\u00a0concerning<\/span>\u00a0data protection and security<\/span>.
